Problems logging in?
If you are experiencing problems logging in, check the following points:Are you having problems logging in because of a password error?
Are you having problems logging in because the email address is not accepted?
- Your password is case sensitive, so remember which letters are capitalized and which are not. ABC is not the same as abc.
- The most recently changed password is the one in effect. If you have requested for the system to reset your password and email it to you, use the password in the newest email. Your old password is no longer in the system.
Are you using a browser without cookie support or do you have cookies disabled?
- Check the spelling in your email address. Your email should not contain any spaces.
- If you have changed your email details in your Signal Invest account recently, remember to use the new email.
- Likewise, if your actual email address has changed recently, use the one that was recorded in Signal Invest and change the details after you log in.
You must have cookies enabled to log in.If you are using Internet Explorer 5 and above:If you are using Netscape 6:
- In the file menu, click on Tools, then Internet Options
- Click the Security tab.
- Click the Internet zone.
- Click Custom Level, scroll to the Cookies section, and then click Enable for both cookie options.
OR
Select a security level other than High.If you are using and older browser:
- In the file menu, click on Edit, then Preferences
- Click on the arrow beside Privacy and Security, then select Cookies
- Select Enable All Cookies, or if you prefer, Enable cookies for the originating website only.
- Internet Explorer 4: View > Internet Options > Advanced > Security > Cookies, then Always accept cookies
- Netspace 4.x: Edit > Preferences > Advanced, then Accept all cookies
